Free PC Protection

Moving from Blogger to WordPress

Well, what a Sunday today has been. I’ve been to the gym, Chelsea have beaten Everton, West Ham have won their first game under Alan Curbishley - against Manchester United, no less - and I’ve spent a rather large amount of time moving my blog away from Blogger and onto my own web space, powered by WordPress and Streamline.net.

Installing Ubuntu 6.10

For most people computer software is what comes with their computer. Usually this means some combination of Windows XP Home Edition, Internet Explorer, perhaps Microsoft’s Works suite and some CD/DVD writing software. The average user doesn’t tend to do upgrades either and as such, the uptake of open source software is relatively small outside the commercial and geeky community.
